Got impeached for breaching the law, while also running the second attempt at a major corruption scheme to undermine separation of powers? Why no problem, just shout “coup!”, strawman the opposition, ignore all the accusations against you and, while you’re at it, make a documentary like that.
The Edge of Democracy just flat out fails at portraying the impeachment process of Dilma Rouseff, mostly the corruption scandals of the Workers party and Lula, and just glosses over the largest economic disaster in brazilian history, wrought by Dilma’s and the Workers Party policies.
Many statements are just flat out incompatible with reality, making it just a piece of party propaganda.
